Mission Aviation Fellowship

MAF is a Christian organisation operating more than 130 aircraft in around 25 countries in the developing world. Flying across hostile environments, they reach the world’s most isolated people. MAF works in close partnership with over 1,000 missions, providing flights and logistical support for their outreach to communities in developing nations

These missions include aid agencies, missions, relief and development organisations, government departments, local churches and other national groups. Their work covers healthcare, emergency relief, development and the bringing of God's word.

As a church we have particular connections with Stuart & Ruth Fitch and their family. Stuart is the Operations Support Manager for MAF international. This means that his day-to-day job sees him providing support, advice and training to the Operations teams in all MAF programmes around the world.
